Who you are buying from. Products sold on this store are sold by Colorful Brands. Your contract is with us, and the returns, delivery and warranty terms below and on each product page apply. Colorful Brands also describes and links to products it does not sell on colorfulbrands.co; those purchases are with the seller you are sent to, under that seller's terms.

Prices and availability. Prices are in US dollars and include free delivery within the contiguous United States. We ship to the United States only. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery. Each product page states when it leaves the warehouse. Large appliances ship by freight carrier, curbside, and the carrier arranges a delivery appointment with you. Inspect the delivery before signing and note any damage on the delivery slip.

Returns and cancellations. See our Refund policy. In short: returns within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging; large appliances carry a restocking fee of up to 20% and return freight is the buyer's; a damaged, faulty or wrong item reported within 48 hours is replaced or refunded in full; any order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships.

Warranty. Every product we sell is new and carries the manufacturer's warranty in full. The warranty term is stated on each product page. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer, and we will help you make one.

Accuracy. We check every product, color and price when we list it and say when we checked. Makers change specifications, colors and availability without notice, so confirm the details on the product page before you buy. Where a page says a color is shown as a rendering, the paint is confirmed with the maker before the order ships.

Your card statement will show COLORFUL BRANDS. Write to support@colorfulbrands.co with any question about a charge before contacting your bank.

Content. The words and layout on this store are ours. Brand names, product names and product photographs belong to their makers.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
