Free delivery on everything we sell, to the contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, contact us before ordering.

When it leaves the warehouse is stated on each product page: within four business days for ranges, range hoods and dishwashers, and within two business days for kettles. Products listed as coming soon show their delivery time before they go on sale.

Large appliances ship by freight carrier, curbside. The carrier calls or emails to arrange a delivery appointment, and delivery takes five to ten business days from shipment. Inspect the delivery before you sign, and note any damage on the delivery slip.
