Returns, stated plainly. Every product sold by Colorful Brands can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. The exact terms are also written on each product page beside the buy button, before you buy.

Large appliances (ranges, range hoods, dishwashers, refrigerators). Returns within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. As with most large appliances, a restocking fee of up to 20% applies and the return freight is paid by the buyer. Contact us first so we can arrange the pickup and tell you the exact fee for your order.

Small appliances (kettles). 30-day money-back guarantee. Send it back within 30 days, like new and in the original packaging, for a full refund. We cover the restocking fee and the return label.

Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Photograph it and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. It is replaced or refunded in full, with no fees. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery slip before you sign.

Cancellations. An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships. Products listed as coming soon can be cancelled at any time before they ship, for any reason.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse.
